Scope of Experience

Terry joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in March 2005 as a retail specialist focused on tenant and landlord representation as well as retail sales and investments.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. Terry began her real estate career with Legend Properties, Inc. in 2003 focusing on retail sales and leasing. In less than two years' time, she completed sales transactions in excess of $6 million and lease transactions in excess of $4 million. Terry was a senior associate with Exelon Capital Partners, a $300 million venture capital fund that invested in energy technology, telecommunications and enterprise solutions companies. Additionally, she held management positions in new product development, competitive analysis and finance at Exelon Corporation.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University. Completed graduate courses at the University of Pennsylvania and Saint Joseph's University. Attended executive programs at Pennsylvania State University.

Professional Associations & Designations

Licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania. Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Transaction History

Terry's most recent highlight is the lease of 14,000 square feet at the Shops of Villanova to Maya Restaurant for over $4 million. Other notable transactions include: Represented GEAT JU in the purchase of Bala Executive Commons for $2.8 million. Represented Firstrust Bank in the lease of a highly competitive bank site in Bryn Mawr, Pa. valued over $4 million. Represented the Provco Group in the purchase of the former Pizzeria Unos in Paoli, Pa., for $2.4 million. Represented Ilona's Day Spa in the purchase of the former Villa Strafford Restaurant in Wayne, Pa., for $2.5 million. Represented St. Edmond's Savings Bank in the lease of 3,900 square feet in Ardmore, Pa., for $1.2 million.
