Scope of Service Experience
Rebecca Russom is an Assistant Property Manager with over 10 years of experience in property management. Rebecca’s responsibilities include assisting and creating property budgets, operating expense reconciliations, oversight of accounts payable and receivables, collections, tenant, vendor and owner relations, maintenance bids, as well as assisting the Property Managers in the daily maintenance of the properties.
Background & Experience
Rebecca started her real estate career as an Assistant Property Manager with Simpson Property Group where she helped with the day to day operations of properties including managing revenue and expenses which ensured that budget and financial guidelines were achieved. During her tenure at Simpson she was promoted to Property Manager where she managed activities including vendor management, tenant relations and lease compliance while addressing issues involving property maintenance and repairs, and budget preparation.
Rebecca enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter Hannah who is a recent graduate of Plano West High and currently attending Collin Community College.
Attended Kilgore College and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas.
