Scope of Service Experience
Peter Evans serves as NAI Hunneman’s Co-Managing Principal overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as its strategic direction. He also heads NAI Hunneman’s Urban Advisory Group which focuses on tenant and landlord representation assignments in Boston, Cambridge, and the inner suburban ring.

With over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Evans has worked with and managed several leasing and sales teams in Greater Boston and has in-depth knowledge of acquisitions, financing, asset and property management; as well as private-placement real estate offerings. Over the course of his career Mr. Evans has been responsible for the leasing and sale of over 15 million square feet of real estate totaling in excess of $5 Billion.

Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, Mr. Evans was a Principal with NPV Direct Invest in Boston where he was responsible for managing portfolio-wide leasing, asset management efforts and raising equity for acquisitions. Mr. Evans also served as a Principal/Broker of the Codman Company in Boston where he led Landlord Representation Services. As the Director of Leasing for The Archon Group, he was responsible for the successful lease-up of the company’s Massachusetts portfolio consisting of approximately 22 properties totaling 2.8 million square feet.

Mr. Evans began his career in commercial real estate in Boston with Peter Elliot and then Meredith and Grew as a leasing agent representing landlords and tenants in the Boston market.
Education
A licensed Massachusetts real estate broker, Mr. Evans holds a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) of Massachusetts and the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA). Mr. Evans currently resides in Duxbury.
