Scope of Experience

Mac Fanning has been in the commercial real estate business since 1987. His more than two decades experience includes an emphasis on multi-family, retail and industrial site selection, development and sales. Mac’s productivity is evidenced by his Life Member designation in the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. Mac is a member of the local, state and national Realtor associations and attended the University of South Carolina. His client list includes a wide variety of development companies, Fortune 500 corporations and financial service firms.
