Specialist in the sale and purchase of unentitled land, entitled land, and developed lots in master-planned communities and residential subdivisions. Also handle mixed-use projects, (including condominiums, apartments and commercial uses). Responsible for closing over $300 million in sales over the past twenty years. Handle dissolution of distressed properties for lenders throughout the Southeast and identify assets and loan portfolios for acquisition by investment funds. Frequently work for buyers on assignment basis.
