Scope of Experience

Kevin Higgins is an established professional in the Arizona commercial real estate market. At an early age, he gained a great appreciation for the real estate industry. Higgins grew up with a father who was a real estate developer in Chicago. He spent days in his father's office listening to his phone calls as he generated new business and closed deals. "The best way to understand the commercial real estate business was to become a broker," he says.

Higgins is meticulous in his work. He ensures that each transaction stage is handled precisely and provides availability to his clients during the entire process. For more than 30 years, he has successfully represented landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers, primarily focusing on office leasing and sales. His comprehensive market knowledge and considerable experience make Higgins a leader in the commercial real estate field.

Background & Experience

Higgins possesses more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has negotiated more than 1,000 lease transactions. For some 25 years, he has been the primary listing agent on a 100,000 SF multi-tenant office building in the Piestewa Peak Corridor, which historically outperforms occupancy levels in the submarket. Higgins joined NAI Horizon in 2017 after stints at Daum Commercial Real Estate and Landmark Commercial Real Estate. As an ultra-marathon runner, Higgins says preparation, detail, follow-through, perseverance, and the goal of finishing are attributes that a great broker must possess. He goes the extra mile for his clients.

Education

A native of Chicago, Higgins graduated from Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.
