Transaction History
During the past 5 years, I was involved in Construction Monitoring (lender's supervision) of more than 20 projects (office, residential, retail, warehouse, hotel & motel and dairy farms) with a total investment value exceeding 400 million Euro.
Acquisition of a development site (mixed use) finally exceeding 11,000 sq m (2 initial large plots and additionally 4 smaller with building on them; currently demolished), near the Romanian Government Building (Victoriei Square).
A sale and lease-back transaction, worth 9 million euro.
