Scope of Service Experience
Ms. Adrian Lillard joined NAI Sullivan Group and has teamed up with Nicole Mayes specializing in Office and Investment for the Oklahoma City Metro. Adrian is responsible for assisting in managing the team's current portfolio book and actively expanding the team's portfolio of office buildings and investment properties in the Oklahoma City Metro.
Background & Experience
In 2006, Ms. Lillard started her career in real estate, leasing multifamily apartment complexes and multiple residential multi-tenant units in San Marcos, Texas. She joined the National association of Realtors in 2006 at the San Marcos Board Chapter.
In her undergraduate thesis at Texas State University, she assisted in a project that zoned 50 acres of raw land into three tracts of commercial land. After graduating in 2009 with a bachelor degree in Science in Applied Sociology, she moved to Austin continuing her leasing career.
Adrian was assistant manager for a Class A single family home property management company with a portfolio of 150 homes and 2 apartment complexes. After a short time, she joined a team where she could learn how to lease and manage commercial office and industrial space in Austin. She assisted in management of 2 high rise buildings in down town Austin and multiple warehouse buildings.
In 2010, Adrian began her journey in Right of Way in South Texas Eagleford Shale. Assigned to regulatory permitting, she created the processes and maintained all regulatory permitting for the contract company. She also assisted in the hiring of the field offices for a large oil and gas company. While there she was head of all nonprofit events for the contract company. She coordinated 4 events for them raising over $ 40,000 for nonprofit organizations in Texas.
Adrian returned to Oklahoma in 2011 where she continued in Right of Way focusing on title acquisition research for the same contract company. In 2012, she began a graduate studies program at Oklahoma City University. Graduating with honors, her graduate degree focused on organizational leadership. She has worked with a number of nonprofit agencies and small entrepreneurs in the Oklahoma City metro. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oklahoma. She is part of the Choctaw Nation Tribe where she is active in voting and development of the people.
